Microsoft this week have confirmed to users via e-mail that they will be reducing the amount of free space that they can use in OneDrive to just 5GB. Most users previously had up to 15GB of free storage space.
The email cites that the decision was difficult but was necessary to help create a sustainable platform.
Microsoft made a similar decision in December but back tracked after wide spread criticism from its users. This time how ever it appears that this change will be permanent.
For those users now struggling with finding a suitable replacement service to backup your files online we would like to suggest our new 25GB storage option.
